Deep brown pools and patches of burnt orange streaked with white swirls float in shimmering glass across this round fused glass donut.
At the top, a coiled copper bail gives way to woven loops that curl into two small rosettes before the wire dips down through the center hole, catching light in every turn of the weave.
A friend made this as one of several fused glass pieces she created for me, and I wrapped this one for her because she told me it was her favorite of the set.
