Where we ship

Stone Veil Studio currently ships within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet. If you're outside the US and have fallen for a piece, write to me and I'll see what I can do.

When your piece ships

Every piece is inspected, gift-boxed, and packed by hand in Washington, Illinois. Orders ship within [2–4] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your piece is on its way.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout at carrier rates.

Insurance and higher-value pieces

Orders over [$150] ship with insurance and may require a signature on delivery.

If a package is lost or delayed

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, transit times are theirs to keep - but you are important to me. If tracking stalls or a package goes missing, contact me at tara@stoneveilstudio.com, and I'll open the carrier claim and work it through with you.
